One token is one pound. A search is five.
No meter, no per-token arithmetic, no bill you have to model in advance. Driving the portals, building your corpus, searching it and rendering the report are not charged for at all — only the analysis is, and always at the same price.
- 1 token

The mechanics
How a run is charged.
- 01
Charged up front
The tokens are taken when the analysis begins — after the portals have been driven and your corpus searched, both of which are free. If you cannot cover it the run does not start, you keep everything already scraped, and nothing is spent.
- 02
One price, whatever it costs us
A three-tender run and a forty-tender run are both a single search. The bureau absorbs the difference; you are never asked to predict a bill before pressing a button.
- 03
Nothing assessed, nothing charged
If a run finishes having produced no assessment at all — a portal outage, a model refusing every notice — the full charge comes back automatically. You do not have to ask.
- 04
Interrupted runs keep their work
Every assessment is written to your account before it reaches your screen, so closing the tab at tender 12 of 40 leaves those 12 in your archive. That run assessed something, so it is charged as one search.
Top-ups
Your first search is on us — 5 tokens land the moment you open an account. After that there is a Buy tokens button in the header: take one of the bundles below, or type any whole number from 5 to 1,000 at the £1 list price. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own page: no card number ever reaches the bureau, and we store no payment details of any kind. Tokens do not expire, and there is no subscription to cancel.
Buying by invoice or bank transfer instead — or more than 1,000 at once — is still arranged by asking.
