What this is
A tool that searches published UK procurement notices and produces an assessment of them against a profile you supply. It is software, not a service performed by a person.

It is not advice
Assessments, scores, rankings and recommendations are generated by a language model reading public text. They are advisory. They are not procurement advice, legal advice, or a substitute for reading the tender documents and forming your own judgement. Decisions you take are yours.

Accuracy
Notices are read as published. The bureau does not verify buyer claims, does not open documents behind a portal login, and cannot detect a notice that was withdrawn or amended after it was scraped. Deadlines and values shown in a report are only as current as the scrape that produced them — check the source before you rely on one.

Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including tokens spent by it.

Tokens
One token is £1. A search costs five tokens, charged when the analysis begins, whatever the run turns out to involve; a scheduled search will cost seven. Tokens have no cash value and are not refundable once spent. A run that assessed at least one tender is charged in full, including one you interrupt — the assessments it completed are kept in your archive. A run that finishes having assessed nothing is refunded in full, automatically.

Fair use
The bureau drives public portals on your behalf. Do not use it to place load on those portals beyond what a person doing the same searches would, and do not use it to collect data for resale as a competing dataset.

Availability
This is self-hosted software running on modest hardware. There is no uptime guarantee, and scheduled or unscheduled downtime will happen.

Liability
To the extent the law permits, the bureau is provided as-is and without warranty, and is not liable for lost bids, lost profit, or decisions taken on the strength of an assessment.

Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be announced to registered addresses before they take effect.
